NES Fircroft is seeking a passionate and committed IT/IM Coordinator to join our client's inclusive and welcoming team in Reading. This Full time IT/IM coordination role offers an attractive salary and benefits along with the opportunity to be part of a friendly and diverse workplace culture.

As a flexible IT/IM Coordinator, you will ensure sufficient resource capacity and competency for IM resources for all functions on the projects.

Hybrid role, client is very flexible

If you were currently in this IT/IM Coordinator role, here are some areas you would be working in this week:

• Ensuring optimal IM resource utilisation for projects within your responsibility
• Performing project planning and competency mapping for resources and ensuring a proper resource mix
• Ensuring resources have the needed skill set
• Promoting and supporting improvements within the area of responsibility
• Managing resources according to project requirements

To apply for this IT/IM role, you will need a minimum of five years of experience in IT/IM for oil and gas and expertise in project resource management. You will also require experience working within a global organisation and a background in directing multi-functional IM teams.

Additional requirements include:

• A high level of engineering and IT qualifications (desirable)
• Cultural understanding and experience managing IT/IM systems for oil and gas
• Expertise in tender development and people management
• Understanding of consequences of project volume fluctuations
• Change management skills
• Ability to create a constructive dialogue and guide project IM resources
