Our Client is looking for a DevOps Developer to be based in their Edinburgh Office on a contract basis.
Immediate start until end of 2022.
Multiple projects across the business.
Work Scope:
Be responsible for day-to-day support of the new Office 365 platforms
Develop apps for Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, systems integration and workflows
Develop the use of the Microsoft Power Platform within Client's Microsoft Teams environment
Work with staff and 3rd parties to confidently steer technical decision-making and provide maintainable solutions to the business
Provide user training and relevant documentation to both technical and non-technical staff
Gather user requirements and translate these into technical solutions using best practices
Strongly advocate standardisation and governance across the business using out-of-the-box functionality where possible
Proactively research upcoming technologies for continuous improvement for both you and your colleagues
Be security aware at all times in your decision-making
Produce detailed documentation and clear, maintainable code solutions
Apply an in-depth understanding of customisation, configuration, integration, and extensibility, as well as boundaries, constraints and performance.
Be adept at leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality
