Our friendly team are looking for a *Senior Registered Nurse* to join them as they provide high quality, personalised nursing care to the residents of Hilton Court Care Home, located in Rosyth, Fife.
*£18.21 per hour + overtime + benefits*
Bringing your previous experience at a senior nurse level and your strong clinical skills with you, you will feel valued from your very first day and you will find investment in your development will be ongoing.
You'll use your strong leadership skills and ability to work autonomously, as you seize the opportunity to lead the team as they support our residents.
As driven to deliver a high level of customer experience as you are high levels of care, you understand that it's the little things that matter. And that professional focus will drive you to make care mean more for our residents, every single day.
Ideally you will have some previous experience in a care home environment, but if you don't, with your very own mentor, a focused induction and ongoing development, we'll soon help you to settle into your new role.

*Responsibilities and duties: *
· Providing leadership to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice
· Continuous assessments, planning and evaluation of residents needs
· Coaching your team members and role modelling best practice
· Responsible for the running of the Home in the absence of the Home Manager
*Qualifications and skills: *
· Current registration with the NMC
· Relevant nursing qualification (RMN)
· Excellent communication and report writing skills
· Previous experience of leading a team is desirable but not essential
· Understanding of regulatory frameworks
