A Newly opened Luxury Hotel in Abu Dhabi, UAEis searching for team members to conduct brilliantoperation.   Theprimary responsibility of the Lobby Ambassador is to welcome andinitiate the overall first impression of our guestâ??sarrival experience. This position proactively welcomes and engageswith our guests, enhancing their experience by fielding inquiries,promoting our vast array of amenities, and facilitating welcomingand efficient interactions. All duties are to be performed inaccordance with departmental and property policies, practices, andprocedures. Creates positive,memorable, and efficient guest interactions within the hotel lobbyand front desk. Provides engaging,entertaining, and inspiring guest service; meeting or exceedingproperty standards. Proactively greets guestswithin the lobby environment, identifying needs and fulfillingappropriately. Monitors traffic flow and guestqueues within lobby; directing guests as appropriate to minimizewait times. Manages queuing system andprocedures in accordance with property policies.Actively identifies, acknowledges, diagnoses, andresolves guest concerns following service recoveryprotocols. Identifies sales opportunities andpromotes premium rooms, suites, and amenities to guests.Maintains comprehensive and accurate knowledge ofamenities, outlets, and general information.Exceeds standards for personal appearance and grooming atall times. Facilitates lobby safety,cleanliness, and security.
