A Newly opened Luxury Hotel inAbu Dhabi, UAE is searching for team members to conduct brilliantoperation.   DemiChef de Partie Butler Responsibilities are: â?¢Support the Chef de Partie or SousChef in the daily operation and workâ?¢Work according to the menuspecifications by the Chef de Partieâ?¢Keep work area at all times inhygienic conditions according to the rules set by thehotel â?¢Control food stockand food cost in his sectionâ?¢Prepare the daily place and foodproduction in different sections of the main kitchen orsatellites â?¢Follow theinstructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors tocomplete the daily tasksâ?¢Ensure the highest standards andconsistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to datewith the new products, recipes and preparation techniquesâ?¢Instruct and lead subordinatesthrough their daily requirements in food preparation and activelytake part in set up of buffets and special functionsâ?¢Coordinate and participate withother sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and costcontrol    Requirements Past experience working in a similarrole. Ability to work well in ateam. Excellent listening and communicationskills. Knowledge of best practices for safetyand sanitation. Passion for delivering greatfood and service. Multitasking andorganizational ability. Available to workshifts during weekends and holidays.Vaccinated or not against vaccination    Benefits 1 year contract Salary 2500 AED (680$) + 250 AED (68$) Language Allowance+ 330 AED (89$)Service charge (from 3rd Month).
