The Project Portfolio Analyst is responsible, under guidance from the Project Portfolio Manager, for gathering project related data from Project Managers and the Industrial team, treatment of this data and maintaining reports for executives. Responsibilities also include supporting the continuous development of the Multiannual Investment plan through project audits, system administration, support to system integrations, data entry and quality assurance. Responsibilities
- Maintenance of the Multiannual project portfolio and its interface with the existing systems in the Company.
- System administration of the PPM (supports day-to-day system needs)
- Creating and maintaining reporting solutions for Maintenance, Project Management, and Executives.
- Ensuring Project Management and Industrial teams have the appropriate tools for project financial planning.
- Interfacing with the global team to ensure adherence to best portfolio management practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 1-3 years Project Portfolio Analyst experience or similar role.
- MS Office proficient; expert in Excel
- Practiced in the basics of project management (estimation, project planning, resource planning, issue management, risk management, change management, communication planning)
- Experience working with multiple creative and technical teams
- Excellent business communication, writing and interpersonal skills
- SAP and CA Clarity proficiency is desirable.
