We are looking for a Business System Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity in Austin, TX.
You:
- Exceptional communicator who is skilled at interfacing with both technical and non-technical users
- 5+ years experience in business analysis
- Strong experience in documentation and comfortable building out a knowledge base
- Experience providing level 1 and 2 support to internal customers
- Experience with a relational database
- Experience working in the public sector is a plus!
