Accountabilities

• Coordinate all E&C projects MIEC activities in collaboration with MIE Contractor, Maintenance & Inspection Departments, E&C Department and MIEC Lead.
• Ensure compliance of MIEC activities with the clients specifications/standards and local legislation.
• Participate in technical reviews regarding maintainability and inspectability of installations during Pre-FEED, FEED and Detailed Engineering.
• Throughout all projects, ensure follow-up of Maintenance & Inspection engineering activities in line with Maintenance & Inspection Engineering contract (MIEC).
• Review and validate the selection, supply chain and inspection of all operating spares held at company and/or contractor warehouses at start-up, and the delivery and inspection of specific tools and capital spare parts.
• Provide assistance to the MIE Contractor Work Package Leads with regard to Maintenance & Inspection issues.
• Review technical documentation, as required, and provide feedback – MANASA, etc.
• Maintain regular communication with the clients project management team, EPCIC engineering team and yard/construction sites.
• Manage, as required, designated Contractors ensuring compliance with HSE & Maintenance procedures and policies.
• Compile and communicate MIE lessons learned to management as part of close-out activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering
• Solid experience in the Petrochemical, Refining, Oil & Gas Exploration & Production or similar industry in Maintenance Engineering role, Inspection Engineering experience being a plus
• Demonstrable experience of Risk Based Maintenance (RBM) preferably in the Petrochemical, Refining, Oil & Gas Exploration & Production or similar industry
• Experience with CMIMS
• Detailed knowledge of Legislation / Regulations relevant to Inspection Discipline
• Familiar with MANASA and relevant Codes and Standards
• Medically fit to travel to Offshore Oil & Gas Platforms
• H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET Certification
