Our client, a global oilfield services business, is currently looking to hire a Cell Planner for an initial 6-8 month contract based at their facility in Aberdeen. The role will be offered on a PAYE contract basis
Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Input demand from tools to Rental Tracker & backward schedule allocated tools
• Allocate SN's to customer demand allowing for rotation of fleet
• Ask for Rental Coordinators to identify contingency plans for potential issues found in production
• High Level P6 Plan documenting rough dates required by Project to hit delivery dates - keep it as simple as steps required and count of tools required per customer
• Update Rental Tracker with any changes to tools
• Support with material queries across the cell
• Identify upcoming bottlenecks and feedback to Cell Leader & Materials Manager
• Identify tools which would be nice to have on the shelf & work with Rental Coordinators to look at Sub-Con options
• Date Management in Cyberplan
• Support with WO & Visit Clean Up with Rental Coordinators
• Attend & Input to Shop Walkaround
