The Subcontracts Specialist will support all aspects of subcontract management throughout the process, from pre-proposal activities through subcontract closure.Assist the Supply Chain Team in the review of t&cs and subcontracts prior to approval to ensure all agreements are incorporatedThe role requires advanced analytical/theoretical principles and communications skillsExperience with Strategic Sourcing and negotiating various long term and subcontract types and associated terms, including Firm Fixed Price, Time and Material, Cost Plus using Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, DefinitePrepare and coordinate business correspondence, generate required subcontract-related reports, and maintain accurate and complete subcontract files and records for the company.Identify and administer subcontract changes and coordinate resolution of subcontract issuesActively administer the closeout of completed subcontractsThe Subcontract Specialist will have good knowledge in all systems, processes and procedures.
