RMS Computer Corp is an IT Consulting company servicing the Financial Services industry.
We are seeking a HR Generalist / Onboarding Specialist to work in our midtown office.
Prior experience as an HR Generalist is a must.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for onboarding all new hires, and reviewing all required documents for RMS Computer Corp new hires. Perform Background checks that include Social Security Number Death Master Search, Government Sanctions Registry, Employment Verification and Education Verification. The person will be responsible for I-9 compliance ensuring all necessary documents are in place, W4 or W9 validation per IRS standards. HR Generalist will be responsible for creating and sending new hire documentation and writing offer letters and employment contracts. Will be responsible for updating the company's ATS with employee information. HR Generalist will be responsible for processing terminations.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for reviewing all documents for Banking clients to make sure documents meet the compliance standards of the clients and Client.
The HR Generalist will liaison with Immigration Attorney for new H1B filings, H1B renewals and Green Card processing. Will track end dates of documents granting work status.
The HR Generalist will work with Accounting Department to make sure all hours worked by employees are entered and assist in making certain that payments have been received.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for assisting in the posting of new job requirements and assist in sourcing. The person will be responsible to coordinate and track all interviews.
Someone who has worked in the IT staffing industry would be a major plus.
