Role Overview: As a member of a small and high performing team you will be responsible for sourcing, and engaging with, best-in-class equity portfolio managers for inclusion in the portfolios;     You will be an active participant in asset allocation decisions - pitching your ideas directly to the investment committee; You will be responsible for the on-going performance of your recommendations in the funds, working with the underlying managers to understand and resolve any performance or style changes;    In normal times, you will be expected travel independently at least four times per year, to assess existing and prospective investments; Candidate Overview: This is an alpha generating and risk-taking role. Therefore, applicants should have at least five years’ proven experience of either equity manager sourcing, selection and management, or direct investment.   We will welcome applications from individuals who have had experience of direct equity investing.   Candidates must be able to work as part of a small, flat, and collegiate team, in which every member is expected to be able to manage their time and workload independently and without micro-management; They must be highly analytical, able to scrutinise and interrogate investment processes and performance drivers;  They must have strong communication skills, able to articulate their recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders including the most senior members of the organisation;  They will have experienced working in a large, global, institutional asset management environment, be that third party or captive;  They will be educated to Master level.   A CFA designation is preferred.  Compensation: Our client will pay a compelling compensation and benefits package, including salary, annual bonus, health care, assistance with school fees and annual return flights.         PLEASE CLICK MESSAGE BELOW, TO APPLY
