Dan Richardson has enjoyed a hugely successful recruitment career in the UK and recently joined Barrington James as the Director of our USA AI, VR and Machine Learning division. He is in the process of opening new offices in Atlanta first with Florida to follow and is looking to grow his teams in both locations.

Expectations:
- 3-4 years running a "full-cycle" desk, ideally in VR, AI, or Machine Learning
- Proven management of full-cycle consultants while running your own desk
- MUST have experience picking up new business in a targeted environment
- History of placing senior candidates with average fees of $25k+
- Accountability for own successes
- Confidence in ability to adapt to a particularly high-calibre industry
- Target driven and self-motivated with innate resilience
- Ability to negotiate high fees and place candidates with salaries of $150k+ across the States
Role responsibilities:
- Consistently developing and winning new business within emerging, niche companies
- Sourcing niche and high-calibre candidates for mid-to-senior level vacancies across your vertical within the Pharmaceutical sector
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process
- Drive team sales activity and oversee KPIs
- Mentor and develop consultants and support their recruitment processes
- Devise energetic and desirable incentives and team building strategies
- Represent Barrington James at global conferences
