Job Role: Learning & DevelopmentCoordinator

ALearning & Development Coordinator is responsibleidentifying and providing training to Team Members to deliver anexcellent staff experience while working with and ensuring that alldepartments are achieving their training objectives.
As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you areresponsible for identifying and providing training to Team Membersto deliver an excellent staff experience. A Learning &Development Coordinator will also be required to assist departmentsin achieving training objectives. Specifically, you will beresponsible for performing the following tasks to the higheststandards:
- Provide quality trainingto Team Members
- Assist in coordinating andadministering Vocational Qualification
- Adhereto in-house training plan
- Identify trainingand development needs systematically throughout the hotel inconjunction with Line Managers/Head of Department, HR Manager, andLearning & Development Manager
- AssistLine Manager/Head of Department in achieving training objectivesand review on a monthly basis
- Prepare,organise, administer and conduct in-house training courses ie.Recruitment and Selection, Discipline and Grievance
- Ensure new employees have received departmental and legaltraining
- Hold monthly Departmental meetingswith trainers to ensure training needs are being covered
