Job Role: Human Resources Coordinator(Fluent Arabic Speaking & Writing)

PRE-OPENING ROLE 

Due to the current VISARESTRICTIONS only candidates from within the UAE with a current UAEResidence Visa can be considered for thisvacancy

A HumanResources Coordinator will support Human Resource relatedactivities including recruitment, learning and development andtraining, performance management, compensation and benefits, andemployee relations initiatives.

As a HumanResources Coordinator, you are responsible for all Human ResourcesTeam Member related activities. These activities includerecruitment, learning and development and training, performancemanagement, compensation and benefits, employee relations, healthand safety, and other team-based activities. Specifically, a HumanResources Coordinator will perform the following tasks to thehighest standards:

  • Initiaterecruitment activities using Taleo, the Company's talentmanagement system
  • Input data into the hotelpayroll system and communicate with payroll to ensureaccuracy
  • Manage all Human Resourceadministration and onboarding activities
  • Support Human Resources activities, including onboarding,work experience program, careers fairs, training materials, andTeam Member opinion surveys
  • Serve as the pointof contact for Team Member issues, advising the Human ResourcesDirector as appropriate
  • Keep current withemployment law, human resources policies, and trainingrequirements
  • Assist in determining trainingrequirements and support training initiatives
  • Assist in the organization of Team Member socialevents
  • Manage the administration related torecord keeping of passports, visas, national ID's anddependent documentation
  • Manage all visas,national ID, license and permit related applications through therelevant government portals

Tosuccessfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude,behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Fluently speaking, writing and reading inArabic
  • Strong administration and communicationskills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, whilemulti-tasking and delivering work on time
  • Ability to work productively despite multipleinterruptions
  • Demonstrated trust andconfidentiality as a member of the Human Resources Team
  • A passion and enthusiasm to be part of a winningteam
  • Proficiency, at an intermediate level,with computers and computer programs, including Microsoftprograms

It would be advantageousin this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilitiesand distinctions:

  • Tertiaryqualifications, or other collegiate-level degree, in Training orHuman Resources
