The role:
We are looking for a Senior Python Back End Engineer to work remotely based in Brazil. You'll join us in obsessing about transformational technology as part of our backend team. You should have experience and a proven ability to use experimental ideas to develop new solutions, build new products, and create new concepts.

- Roll up your sleeves and develop code from day one
- Actively contribute to and support the design, deployment, and maintenance of critical systems

- Move seamlessly from high-altitude thinking to the tangible and practical as a productive member of a lean software development team
Qualifications:
- Communication. You’re very comfortable communicating in English (both written and spoken) - you will work in an international team with native and non native english speakers
- Native proficiency in Portuguese language
- Programming experience in Python, knowledge in asyncio and aiohttp are a plus
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and key-value databases (Redis)
- Experience with testing your own development code
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform are a plus
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related field would be cool, but it is not mandatory
