We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific locations. Currently, we are looking for onsite support requirements in Hong Kong.

Job :- Onsite Desktop Support Engineer.

Start Date:- ASAP

Location :-  Hong Kong.

Duration:- 1 year with possible extension

Job Description :- Basics of Desktop Support

• Provide ongoing IT support for End Users
• Onsite full time / Ticket based IT Support
• Proficient in Windows installation, administration, MS Office and preferably AD
• Troubleshoot Wifi issues anti-virus, anti-malware and other software installation issues
• Upgrade/ Migrate Desktops and end user computing devices
• Support conference systems, backup systems
• Inventory Management for users
• Solve User's IT issues and enhance IT experience

 

Requirements:

• Well experience in handling desktop issues including printer and providing onsite end user support.
• Software and Hardware Break Fix
• Well experienced with System Administration, networks, LAN, WAN, Switch and Router Configuration.
• Bilingual - Business English and local language (Must).
• Engineer should be available on whatsapp/skype.

 

Well Versed With:

• Printer / Scanner Configuration
• Basics of VPN, WiFi, Proxy Configuration/Setup
• Basics of Registry, File Systems
• Local Users Managing, Domain Concept, AD Basics
• Remote Desktop Support
• Installation & Troubleshooting of Standard Software’s
• Antivirus Definition Update, Scanning
• Outlook/O365 Configuration & Troubleshooting
• MS Office Products Configuration & Troubleshooting
• Skype for Business & OneDrive Configuration & Troubleshooting
• SCCM Desktop Agent Issues Support & Troubleshooting
• Point of sale machine,
• Bill Scanner
• Printer, receipt printer,
• Basic firewall (Fortinet firewall work)
• Imaging, Windows 7 and 10. V
