Language Editor
inWhatLanguage a growing translation company in Salt Lake City, Utah is looking for people located remotely that can work as editors on a number of different types of multilingual content.
We are looking specifically for people who can edit content in their native language (English or other languages). The content will vary from marketing content to technical content. The editing will take place on both machine-translated content and also content that simply needs a native speaker to check the content for accuracy, readability, and relevance for the target audience.
Criteria – currently pursuing the following degrees or have a background in:
- Journalism
- Marketing
- Business
- Education
- Language arts
Applicants must be a native speaker in English or one of the following languages (other languages will be accepted as well):
- Spanish Latin America
- Spanish EU (Europe)
- Portuguese-EU (Europe)
- Portuguese – Brazil
- Dutch
- Chinese
- French EU (Europe)
- French CA (Canada)
- German
- Japanese
- Italian
- Korean
We have ongoing projects and the role is a part-time as-needed role. The frequency of projects varies by language, project frequency, and availability of the editor.
