Consultant in Front-End Architecture

We’re looking for a profile that can provide us with pragmatic guidance to better structure our front-end architecture - more specifically to help manage our different styles and components. We’d like to hire a consultant/front-end architecture expert to help us overcome the challenges we encounter today and improve our web-development experience as a team. We’re looking for someone that is ready to help us the equivalent of one day a week for several weeks. Your mission is to dive into our current front-end structure and understand its challenges and limits. Based on your experience, you will be expected to provide actionable recommendations and guidelines to help our team organize the way we manage our CSS architecture and React component libraries. Through regular interactions, we will establish together clear principles and best practices to make it easier for our team of developers and designers to collaborate and to define smooth cross-disciplinary workflows.
