A private nursing home in the Hailsham area has a full-time vacancy for an RGN or RMN Registered Nurse to join their clinical team.
The fully CQC compliant home offers general elderly frail and disability nursing care packages to older adults and has great facilities in a home from home setting.
Details of this RGN/RMN Registered Nurse post and what the home is offering:
•A permanent contract of 36 hours per week, with shifts covering a 24/7 rota and which will include alternate weekends
•Competitive hourly rates of pay of £17 on weekdays, £17.35 on weeknights, £18.50 on weekend days and £19 on weekend nights
•Paid Breaks
•Tier 2 Sponsorship is available to non-EU Registered Nurses
•DBS check paid and free uniforms
•NMC registration fees paid
•An excellent induction programme plus ongoing training and development opportunities

As RGN/RMN Registered Nurse, you will manage and implement care for a caseload of residents in the home, ensuring care plans are up to date and meeting both resident needs and legal requirements. You will also safely manage and administer drugs and medications in addition to leading a team of HCAs on shift in the delivery of high-quality care.
What our client is looking for in a Nurse:
•NMC registered Adult General Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN
•Ideally experienced in a UK nursing home setting or elderly care environment or demonstrate a genuine interest in working in older peoples' services
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•A positive, proactive approach and committed to delivering the highest standards of care
