Software Development Lead

We are a fully funded startup in the Business and Consumer Services Industry with expected revenues of over €1M this year from the Porto Area. We are currently internalising our development team and we are looking to hire a Team Leader to manage our team of developers and help grow our business as we expand.

Responsibilities:

Create daily and monthly workflows to deliver quality products;

Organize and facilitate all scrum meetings;

Work with the team to develop roadmaps and manage backlog.;

Communicate team plans, report impediments/risks/concerns to relevant stakeholders and help resolve;

Monitor key metrics and assure commitment from the team, create CI/CD and testing workflows;

Work with product owners and stakeholders to refine vision and establish goals and metrics;

Participate in software development activities, application architecture definition and team hiring processes.

Main requirements

Knowledge of scrum and agile development processes;

At least 2 years of experience with the Microsoft Stack (p.e., C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, Xamarin, Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps);

Bachelor degree or equivalent;
