We are Lorem, a marketplace that connects business owners with our network of freelance project managers, developers and designers. We have an influx of new Shopify development projects, and we need your help to get this work matched! 

Lorem Project Managers are freelancers who have a deep understanding of Shopify and customer service—you love delivering exceptional, white-glove customer experiences every time. You take a client’s ideas and develop them into a solution that addresses all their needs—a solution they can’t wait to start working on with one of our experts! 

Responsibilities

• Communicating with new and repeat clients through Lorem’s chat platform and via email.
• Working directly with clients to create requests with clear deliverables that fall within their applicable scope, budget, and deadlines. 
• Taking ownership for the successful matching of a client’s project request to an Expert in our network.
• Performing risk management by correctly setting up client expectations when working with a Lorem Expert and completing their project on our platform.
• Enhancing Lorem’s reputation by winning on the first transaction and being a trusted point of contact throughout their project journey. 
• Analyzing requests and suggest additional tasks that add value to the client’s project.

1. You are Lorem’s first point of contact with our clients, providing expert suggestions on how to optimize websites or resolve issues. 
2. You will have access to custom-built Lorem tools and tutorials that make the process of PMing easy. In addition, you will receive support from Lorem HQ, including ongoing training and real-time assistance.
3. Work 4 to 8+ hour shifts, averaging 20-40 hours a week. During periods of high volume, we open up additional shifts, allowing you to pick up even more!
4. We handle payroll for you, and you’ll be paid a competitively hourly rate.
