We seek a seasoned OKR practitioner who is also well versed in Agile methodologies to help teach and coach a cohort of business leaders and managers on how to effectively apply Agile Management ( OKRs ) and Agile execution practices to a mission critical, 18 month high profile initiative. 

The Ideal Candidate Will Posses The following:

• OKR roll-out experience and success, including adaptations to the OKR system based on culture and context
• Experience and success coaching leaders, managers and teams in the new behaviors of Agile leadership,  management, and mindset
• Experience and success applying OKRs and Agile techniques in traditional, top-down, Fortune 500 cultures
• Proven success delivering high-impact, experiential learning workshops
