We’re looking for someone who has prior experience planning and implementing an entire content strategy (including the SEO strategy) for a new website.
You will be responsible for:
(1) planning out the key articles based on SEO research,
(2) managing a small team of writers and designers to execute your strategy, and

Hours are flexible, but this position will require a minimum of 20 hours per week.
You won’t need to write any content or hire writers, but you do need to provide them with (1) keywords to target, (2) frameworks for how to draft the articles, and (3) feedback on articles they write.
We care deeply about hiring the right person to join our team. That’s why we have a rigorous hiring process involving short tests (which is part of this application form), video interviews, paid test projects, as well as a paid trial period.

- Willing to learn and improve. SEO and content is constantly evolving, so you’ll need to stay up-to-date on the latest developments.
- Willing to create strong connections with editors, influencers, and bloggers for promotions.
- Able to create a plan and then break it down into actionable steps.
- Able to manage others. We’re a small team, but we all work very closely together. Being able to explain your ideas clearly, teach your knowledge to others, and lead is very important.
