As a platform for energy exchange, we will make it possible for users who are producing more energy than they need to be able to feed it back into our system, allowing other users to "reserve energy".

Now we are looking for a Python Developer to help us improve our data pipelines. The Big Data team, formed by analysts and data developers, is in charge of managing, organizing and revealing the best information that passes through Holaluz, which is a lot!
As a Python Developer you will:
Work with a monolith legacy that we are stripping into pieces with a single responsibility
Work with data pipelines and prediction algorithms in Python and R
Work with AWS, all our infrastructure is in code with version control. We will help you to have the infrastructure resources that your team needs at all times. We do not have specific systems equipment
Main requirements
Experience in modern development methodologies (Testing, Pair Programming, Extreme Programming)
Experience in Python 3
Knowledge of SQL Databases (PostgreSQL)
Nice to have
Interest in DevOps culture where development and systems work hand in hand to improve the stack
Interest in clean code, hexagonal architecture, DDD
Experience with git
Experience in data processing libraries such as Pandas, Dask or NumPy
Experience in Big Data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark...)
Basic R knowledge
Knowledge of Linux systems administration
NoSQL databases (Redis, ElasticSearch, DynamoDB...)
Queue systems (SQS, RabbitMQ...)
Knowledge in web services APIs, mainly REST
Server configuration with Ansible
Automation of AWS with Packer and Terraform
Aggregation of logs in ELK
Willingness to learn and share knowledge
