A business focussed on delivering an exceptional customer experience at each and every touchpoint; this leading automotive brand are seeking an impeccable, focussed and driven Arabic speaking General Manager to join their team in Saudi Arabia.
The Ideal Candidate
An experienced automotive General Manager, focussed on driving sales and marketing, you lead the business with your energetic, collaborative and entrepreneurial management style. You're not afraid to join your people in the showroom and you're passionate about customer service. In fact, you insist on high standards all-round and combine this with pin-sharp commercial acumen. A role model and brand ambassador for your team, you'll show everyone what a great business looks like. Ideally, you're already working within Saudi Arabia, a fluent Arabic speaker with a transferable Iqama and no restrictions to join a competitor. We would also like to hear from suitably qualified professionals with similar attributes from the wider GCC markets.
The Challenge
Reporting into the Board, you will have full responsibility for this premium automotive passenger car brand throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Managing and developing your team to meet and exceed targets, working alongside the Principal to ensure you are supported by the manufacturer in all aspects.
The Package - It's important…
Base salary SR 50,000 per month plus accommodation allowance, expensed company car, healthcare, annual ticket and the opportunity to achieve an annual incentive/bonus of SR 150,000 - SR 300,000 based upon meeting key criteria and KPIs.
