Stafford Lawrence Ltd are engaged on a search for a Commercial Director / Director of Cost/ Real Estate Lead with extensive experience of Residential Development and Strategic Cost Planning/ Pre Contract
The role will be based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. Our client are a well known Cost Consultancy.
Requirements
* Extensive experience of Cost Planning, Pre Contract/ Creation of Cost Plans for Residential Projects.
* Experience of Large scale multi site, Residential projects in the Middle East or overseas
* The ability to oversee a team of 6-9 Cost Consultants over 6 sites and have oversight of the complete project.
* A degree qualification in Quantity Surveying would be ideal, other construction related degree qualifications will be considered as long as you can show extensive pre contract and cost planning experience for Residential Developments
* Experience with a Consultancy organisation is essential ( we are not seeking Main contractor candidates)
* MRICS is very desirable, but not essential for this role.
* 20+ years experience is very desirable
Salary and Benefits
60,000 SAR - 75,000SAR per month ( this figure is total package and includes accomodation and transport allowance) our client may consider more for the ideal candidate. Flights, visa and holiday allowance provided on top.
