Stafford Lawrence Ltd are engaged on a search for an Associate Director - Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveyor for a position with a well known Cost Consultancy/ PQS organisation.
The role will be based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The roles are available for single status candidates. We cannot provide visas for family relocation. Candidates will be provided a Business Visa
Requirements
* Extensive experience of Cost Planning, Pre Contract for Resorts.
* Experience of Resort Development projects in the Middle East or overseas, Hotels, Golf Course Hotels, Marinas, Yacht Clubs, Equestrian facilities etc
* Strong Client liaison experience
* A degree qualification in Quantity Surveying would be ideal, other construction related degree qualifications will be considered as long as you can show extensive pre contract and cost planning experience for Resort Developments
* Experience with a Consultancy organisation is essential ( we are not seeking Main contractor candidates)
* MRICS is very desirable, but not essential for this role.
* For this role you must have at least 13year of experience most of this with well known consultancy organisations
Salary and Benefits
60,000 SAR - 75,000SAR per month ( this figure is total package and includes accomodation and transport allowance) . Flights, visa and holiday allowance provided on top.
