Your Role
As a member of our Talent team, your main responsibility will be to support the marketplace operations of our team, from the evaluation of our tech talent to the improvement of our internal processes.
You will also manage the team of freelancers currently helping us fulfil these responsibilities and other related suppliers.
In this process, we also expect you to become an expert in recruitment processes, namely into Talent evaluation, and reproduce that knowledge across the company.
What you will be doing
Manage our evaluation process for both Landing.jobs and Landing.work, including our team of application curators;
Support all functions across our Talent team, namely the logistics of hiring initiatives and content production;
Improve our team's internal processes, best practices and culture
Main requirements
1+ years of experience working within tech recruiting
You should be a natural problem-solver
Fluency in English (so you can talk with our global user base)
Nice to have
Previous startup experience
Previous experience on process design
Capacity to manage challenging projects and willingness to manage teams
Positive and proactive attitude, always aiming for more
