How to Live My Teenage Life
The average human lives to be
about 70years give or take a few years depending on many factors unnecessary to
be listed. These 70years have been classified into smaller age groups like
infant-hood, childhood, teenage, adulthood, midlife and old age for various
demographic reasons. Among all these classifications teenage usually brings the
most conflicts and raises the most questions, but no matter how many bright
minds write on how to handle/live teenage life there is always one or two
problems which arise. As delicate a subject as this one is, one can only try to
give tips or pointers as there is no perfect formula to be used.
Also, what you shall read below is based solely on personal experience and not expert opinion. We hope it can help even one-person in need to begin with, life is very short and we should strive to live as happy a life as we possibly can.At my early teenage (13, 14), I was crazy about companionship. Not like I don’t keep friends longer but at that time was all I could think of. Would move from one house to another, one street to another visiting one person after the other. This was all because it kept me happy and made me feel my life was as best as it could ever get. As grew older music added to the list and more attention was paid to my female friends. This is probably very normal among teens when all we think or strive to do is to impress girls and to be held in the highest of esteems. We started getting ourselves involved in parties and clubbing and social activities to increase our interaction. But as you will probably already know, the guys with the ‘highest saps’ and the thickest wallets would usually get the best girls.
This made the whole thing become some sort of competition for reputation, recognition and so on. This for me is the best part of teenage life. The feeling that you are on top of the world and can achieve anything. Though most of the things are mere trivialities. It is this sense of control over everything that makes most, if not all teenagers recalcitrant and hardheaded varying in intensity with the character and behavior of the individual. After this some level of awareness begins to set in and the growing teens start forming priorities and thinking things through better than before. They start paying more attention to academics and ways of making better futures for themselves. This gives less time for all the fun stuff and more time for serious work. Running behind girls now seems burdensome as they too have their own future to look out for and not usually in the same light as those of boys.
