What Can I do on a boring day?
There are so many things which can do on a boring day.
You just need to try to think creatively and productively. Some examples are;
Draw:
Drawing(creativity) can be a good way to distract yourself, even if it is not
taken serious. You might still feel awkward while you try, be we also
concentrate more on whatever we are doing when we draw at the same time. This
concentration will make whatever else we do, whether it is work or television,
more interesting than it would be otherwise.
Shopping:
Women love shopping especially. A stroll to the
shopping mall can be of a lot of help when bored. Studies show that time spent
walking is more exciting than time spent waiting around for something. It helps
especially if you accomplish something productive along the way, but if not, it
is still better than sitting around at home.
Listen to
music or sing:
There are some songs that never bore you. Try to sing
them while listening to them. Also, you could download new songs and albums of
your favorite artists. Focusing on something artistic can be a good way to push
away a sense of boredom. You
can try an online radio program that will play new songs with which you aren’t
familiar. Alternatively, take the time to go through and listen to some classic
music you’ve heard people talk about, but never listened to.
Cook:
Ahhhh!! Here’s what I often do. I got into it through
my grandma. Have you ever tried out a dish which you had never tasted before? You
can search for the recipe online or in any cookery book. Try making a cake,
some pastries or another complicated dish you’ve never tried before. This can
be a good way to pick up a new skill and keep you busy. Even better, when
everything is said and done, you have a tasty treat to eat, or, at least, a
good story tell.
Read a book:
This option is good for readers. Even if you are not
good at reading, (don’t like reading) you could still try reading just pick up
a magazine or any other book, it will
introduce you to interesting characters and in the end you might learn
something about people, stories, or language. Consider acting out what you
learn by writing. As you read, break to take notes, write your own stories, or
think about what you are reading. This will make you a more active participant
in the reading process.
